Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using the 35bd1 platform. By accessing or using 35bd1, you agree to be bound by the provisions set out in this document.

These six principles summarise the most important aspects of your relationship with 35bd1. They do not replace the full Terms & Conditions below but are provided as a plain-English orientation guide.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the 35bd1 platform. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be suspended immediately.
Each player may hold only one active 35bd1 account. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, or accounts used by a person other than the registered holder are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of balances and permanent suspension.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on 35bd1, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with 35bd1's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the 35bd1 Platform. The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. 35bd1 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of the information provided. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
35bd1 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit identification documents — including but not limited to a National ID card, passport, or driving licence, together with proof of address — before withdrawals are approved or account limits are increased. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested by 35bd1 may result in account restriction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 35bd1 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
35bd1 employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit. However, no digital transmission is entirely free from risk. You access the Platform at your own risk and are responsible for securing your own device and network connection.
35bd1 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 35bd1 does not accept deposits in any other currency without prior written approval.
All Player accounts on 35bd1 are maintained in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to standard transactions. Any deposits or withdrawals initiated via an international card that require currency conversion will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the relevant card issuer, not by 35bd1.
35bd1 offers a range of promotions, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting), and expiry date applicable to each bonus are specified in the relevant promotional terms. Real Money Funds in your account are not affected by Bonus Funds wagering requirements and remain withdrawable at any time.
35bd1 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any winnings derived from that bonus where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of:

Game outcomes are determined independently of 35bd1 and cannot be influenced by the Platform or the Player. A bet is not confirmed until a unique bet reference number is generated and displayed in your account transaction history. 35bd1 does not guarantee the acceptance of any bet. In-play bets are subject to market availability and may be declined or delayed during live events.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round or bet, the affected round or bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's account. 35bd1 shall not be liable for any losses, claims, or damages arising from a Platform malfunction beyond the return of the relevant stake.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 35bd1 Platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not:

35bd1 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services solely for the purposes of operating the Platform and meeting legal obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 35bd1's total liability to any Player in connection with the Platform — whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

35bd1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Funds balance (net of any pending withdrawal requests) will be returned to the Player via the last approved withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus Funds are not returned upon voluntary account closure.

Where the changes are substantial, 35bd1 may also notify active Players via their registered contact method.
Your continued use of the 35bd1 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure as set out in Section 12.2.
These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 35bd1 Platform or these Terms, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably in the first instance by contacting 35bd1 support.
35bd1 aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours (BST) and to provide a substantive written response within 14 calendar days of receiving full details of the dispute. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly between the parties, either party may seek resolution through appropriate legal channels.
These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
